The method comprises: establishing a session connection between a first client and a server according to a face recognition trigger request; generating face recognition connection indication information according to the session connection; and acquiring user identity information returned by the server and obtained according to a received face image of a user, logging in according to the user identity information, with the face image being acquired by a second client, and transmitting same to the server according to the face recognition connection indication information.
