The composition consists of the following raw materials (in parts by weight): American ginseng (3-5), polygonum multiflorum (3-5), Angelica sinensis (2-4), ginger juice (6-8), peppermint (5-7), cedarwood essential oil (0.3-0.5), rosemary essential oil (0.3-0.5), lavender essential oil (0.2-0.4), tea tree essential oil (0.1-0.3), and foundation essential oil (0.6-0.8). The preparation method for the composition comprises the following steps: obtaining compound essential oil by using a steam distillation extraction method; grinding American ginseng, polygonum multiflorum, Angelica sinensis, and peppermint into powder; adding the American ginseng, the polygonum multiflorum, the Angelica sinensis, and the peppermint into deionized water; heating the deionized water to obtain concentrated liquid medicine; and adding ginger juice to the concentrated liquid medicine to obtain liquid medic
