L'invention concerne une électrovanne dotée de composants en acier spéciaux, utilisée dans des équipements de traitement d'aliments, en contact avec l'eau potable ou le passage de fluides agressifs provoquant des phénomènes de corrosion, les composants en contact avec des liquides étant constitués d'acier inoxydable et étant constitués d'acier austénitique au chrome-nickel-molybdène présentant une faible teneur en carbone, plus précisément l'alliage identifié par les codes EN 1.4598 et DIN X2CrNiMoCuS 17-10-2.
