Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a plain bearing with a polymeric coating for reducing friction in internal combustion engines. In addition, the present invention relates to the method for producing the plain bearing with a polymeric coating for reducing friction in internal combustion engines, in particular by introducing an adhesion layer between the metallic surface of the plain bearing and the polymeric coating, this layer being produced by previously immersing the plain bearing in a hydro-alcoholic solution of organo-silanes, followed by thermal curing, resulting in the formation of a polysiloxane film containing chemical groups which can have various interactions with the subsequent polymeric coating. La présente invention concerne un palier à couverture polymère pour réduction de contrainte dans des moteurs à combustion interne. En outre, la présente invention concerne le procédé de production d'un palier à couverture polymère pour réduction de contrainte dans des moteurs à combustion interne, notamment par introduction d'une couche d'adhésion entre la surface métallique du palier et le revêtement polymère, ladite couche étant obtenue par immersion préalable du palier dans une solution hydro-alcoolique d'organo-silanes, puis par durcissement thermique, d'où la formation d'un film de polysiloxane contenant des groupes chimiques à capacités d'interactions diverses avec le revêtement polymère subséquent. Adicionalmente, a presente invenção refere-se ao processo para a produção de bronzina com cobertura polimérica para redução de atrito em motores de combustão interna, particularmente pela introdução de uma camada de adesão entre a superfície metálica da bronzina e o revestimento polimérico, sendo a referida camada obtida a partir da imersão prévia da bronzina cm solução liidro-alcoólica de organo-silanos e posterior cura térmica, resultando na formação de um filme de polissiloxano contendo grupos químicos com capacidade de interações diversas com o revestimento polimérico subsequente.
