L'invention concerne un instrument chirurgical magnétique pour la réalisation d'une gastrotomie percutanée, comprenant une sonde magnétique interne (10) disposée dans des cavités corporelles ou viscérales creuses (voie endoluminale) (100) et subissant l'attraction magnétique d'un ensemble aimant externe (20) situé à la surface du corps (110), de manière à accoupler la zone active de la sonde magnétique interne (10) à la paroi interne du compartiment corporel (100), la zone active subissant ainsi une déformation, prenant une forme circulaire ou analogue, conformément à la configuration des aimants situés sur l'ensemble aimant externe (20), ce qui permet la localisation précise de la zone de ponction sur la paroi abdominale en vue de l'introduction d'une sonde ou analogue, sans nécessité de pratiquer des incisions chirurgicales additionnelles. É descrito um instrumental cirúrgico magnético para realização de gastrostomia percutânea que compreende uma sonda magnética interna (10) disposta dentro de cavidades corpóreas ou de vísceras ocas (endolumínal) (100) que sofre atração magnética de um magneto externo (20) posicionado na superfície corpórea (1 10), de forma a acoplar a área ativa da sonda magnética interna (10) à parede interna do compartimento corpóreo (100), de forma que a área ativa sofra deformação, assumindo o formato circular ou similar, tal qual a conformação dos imãs posicionados no magneto externo (20), permitindo a localização precisa da zona de punção na parede abdominal para introdução de sonda ou similar, sem a necessidade de incisões cirúrgicas adicionais.
