Une des mâchoires peut être configurée pour être placée entre la partie de tissu et une partie de tissu sous-jacente et comporter un orifice (43) configuré pour diriger un fluide vers une surface de l'autre mâchoire de sorte à déplacer la partie de tissu vers ladite autre mâchoire.
