L'invention concerne une attache de fixation pour l'installation d'éléments de revêtement de sol sur un élément de support ayant une rainure de guidage pour être en prise avec l'attache de fixation, l'attache de fixation ayant une section transversale de type T à double bride avec une bride supérieure, une bande et une bride inférieure, la bride supérieure étant adaptée pour être en prise sur ses deux côtés avec des éléments de revêtement de sol voisins, la bride supérieure (2, 2') comprenant au moins deux parties (2a, 2b ; 2a', 2b') situées sur les côtés opposés de la bande (3, 3') et la bride inférieure (4, 4') comprenant des rebords (5, 5') s'étendant au-delà de chaque extrémité de la bande (3, 3') dans la direction le long de la bande (3, 3'), les rebords (5, 5') étant adaptés pour être bloqués dans la rainure de guidage (6), et au moins la bride supérieure (2, 2') est constituée de matériau élastique.
