La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'enzymes lignocellulolytiques de type laccase, CMCase, amylase, xylanase et amylase par fermentation à l'état solide (SSF) à partir d'une pourriture blanche de type basidiomycète Pycnporus sanguineus (GanoBF2). L'objet de la présente invention est de créer une nouvelle procédure économique et rapide comprenant l'utilisation d'une souche de pourriture blanche spécifique, un procédé de fermentation et l'utilisation de substrats lignocellulosiques issus de déchets organiques, à savoir, de grappes de fruits vides (EFB) de palmier à huile et de son de riz, pour produire les enzymes précitées.
