Conjunto tambor para lavadora con tambor y conjunto soporte del mismo que es alternativa a la aleación de aluminio y soporta los esfuerzos mecánicos y el ataque químico que sufren los tambores de lavadora que comprende un tambor,un conjunto soporte que a su vez comprende un soporte en estrella con al menos tres brazos y un eje fijado en el centro del soporte en el que el soporte en estrella además comprende un núcleo metálico encapsulado por sobreinyección de un recubrimiento plástico, dicho núcleo metálico comprende para cada brazo dos placas dispuestas transversalmente respecto al plano principal del conjunto soporte, el eje queda fijado por el recubrimiento plástico.
La présente invention concerne un ensemble tambour pour lave-linge comprenant un tambour et un ensemble support pour ce dernier qui est réalisé dans un autre matériau que l'alliage d'aluminium et supporte les efforts mécaniques et l'attaque chimique dont souffrent les tambours de lave-linge ; l'ensemble tambour comprenant un ensemble support qui lui-même comprend un support en étoile à au moins trois branches et un axe fixé au centre du support, ledit support en forme d'étoile comprenant également un noyau métallique encapsulé par surmoulage d'un revêtement plastique, ledit noyau métallique comprenant pour chaque branche, deux plaques disposées de manière transversale par rapport au plan principal de l'ensemble support, l'axe étant maintenu en position par le revêtement plastique. |
