L'invention concerne un couvercle de lecteur de disque dur doté d'une surface (interne) inférieure lisse et d'une surface externe texturée qui est destiné à recouvrir un ensemble de base de lecteur de disque dur. Un procédé de fabrication du disque dur comprend la fourniture d'un matériau métallique. Le matériau métallique est travaillé de manière à obtenir une bande métallique possédant une surface texturée et une surface lisse opposée. Un couvercle de lecteur de disque dur est découpé à partir de la bande métallique travaillée, la surface lisse étant la surface interne du couvercle découpé. La surface interne lisse du lecteur de disque dur améliore avantageusement la propreté à l'intérieur de l'ensemble de base. Le fini de surface lisse sur la surface interne améliore également avantageusement la résistance au cisaillement d'une liaison entre un joint d'étanchéité et la surface interne. |
