Should the test string (E) be pushed and slide upwards when the fluid is injected, the coupled fluid injection tubing (1) is prevented from being expelled from the well by the collar (6), which is locked against the lower edge of the rams (G). This locking system by abutment of the collar (6) against the edge of the rams (G) prevents the test string (E) from overcoming the seal of the frictional forces of the rams (G) and being expelled onto the drilling platform.
L'invention concerne un tube d'injection de fluide à bride, pour colonne d'essai, avec système de blocage par butée au niveau de l'ensemble mâchoire de tête d'un puits de forage, un tube d'injection de fluide (1) à utiliser dans une colonne d'essai (E) d'un équipement de sondage recevant, au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure, immédiatement au-dessus de son ouverture à filets internes (5), une bride (6) intégrée extérieurement. Après insertion de la colonne d'essai (E) dans le puits de forage (P) et accouplement du tube d'injection de fluide (1), les mâchoires (G) du BOP (système anti-éruption) étant fermées, la bride (6) reste positionnée juste en dessous du bord inférieur desdites mâchoires (G) fermées. Avec l'injection de fluide, si la colonne d'essai (E) est poussée vers le haut et glisse, le tube d'injection de fluide (1) accouplé, lors de son expulsion du puits, se bloque au niveau de sa bride (6) sous le bord inférieur des mâchoires (G). Ce blocage par système de butée entre la bride (6) et le bord des mâchoires (G) permet d'éviter que la colonne d'essai (E) ne fasse céder le joint créé par les forces de friction des mâchoires (G) et soit expulsée vers la plateforme de l'équipement de sondage.
