The method comprises the following steps: extracting a power grid calculation model from a source system and a power grid operation collection data profile at this time, and packaging into a CIM/E file the power grid data profile at the moment when a power grid device, topology description and the power grid calculation model are exported; periodically transmitting the CIM/E file to a target system through a dedicated dispatch data network; parsing the CIM/E file in the target system, and restoring the CIM/E file into a source system power-grid-shaped calculation model to conduct quasi real-time data collection; and conducting state estimation calculation in the target system, and outputting a calculation result.
