L'élément rotatif pivote latéralement vis-à-vis du couvercle entre des positions ouverte et fermée. L'élément rotatif est conçu pour fermer l'ouverture formée dans le couvercle lorsque l'élément rotatif se trouve dans la position fermée. Le dispositif de fermeture comprend également un orifice de ventilation formé dans le couvercle qui débouche dans un espace vide situé sous l'élément rotatif.
