L'invention concerne un flan de PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond - Diamant polycristallin) ou de PCBN (Polycrystalline Cubic Boron Nitride - Nitrure de bore cubique polycristallin) superabrasif polycristallin multicouche destiné à être fixé à un outil de traitement. Le flan comprend une couche abrasive de PCD ou de PCBN et une couche de substrat en cobalt contenant du carbure de tungstène cémenté. Entre les couches d'abrasif et de substrat se trouve une couche de stabilisant en treillis métallique liée par frittage HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature - Haute pression haute température) aux couches d'abrasif et de substrat. Les ouvertures de la couche en treillis contiennent du PCD ou du PCBN qui est lié par frittage, conjointement avec le treillis, aux couches de support et de substrat, et du cobalt présent dans la couche de substrat est amené à s'infiltrer en tant que liant dans la couche d'abrasif à travers la couche en treillis. La couche en treillis métallique apporte une certaine stabilité aux couches d'abrasif et de substrat qui ont des propriétés différentes en termes de contrainte et de dilatation thermique.
