At least one auxiliary hole (203) is formed between the pixel units (20) or in a pixel unit (20) and is formed together with the through hole (202) by a detecting etching end-point mode etching method. By the method mentioned above, a detecting voltage can be amplified so as to monitor the through hole (202) forming process more accurately and reliably to ensure the manufacturing quality of the through hole (202).
