DERMAL FILLING COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS

Provided are compositions and methods for filling cells with non-pharmacological dermal fillers leading to smoothened skin wrinkles, augmented lips, improved skin appearance, or treated scars. Additionally, the present disclosure provides a composition comprising a non-pharmacological dermal filler and optionally a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, the dermal filler being covalently or non-covalently bound to a cell penetrating peptide that is capable to penetrate a dermal cell. In one aspect, the cell penetrating peptide is not longer than about 10 amino acids in length. In another aspect, the cell penetrating peptide is about 7 amino acids in length.
