La présente invention relève du domaine technique des technologies de revêtements isolants. Elle vise à résoudre le problème des revêtements isolants à caractéristiques électroconductrices, réalisés en différents matériaux et stratifiés en couches, sans utilisation des fils électriques classiques. Elle trouve une application principale dans les isolations, la décoration, les cloisons, les panneaux, le mobilier, la publicité, la signalisation et les surfaces en général. Le système de couverture de revêtement isolante électroconductrice comprend une couche de mousse de polyuréthane de 5 mm d'épaisseur (1), deux feuilles d'aluminium électroconductrices (2), deux couches de liège naturel aggloméré de 5 mm d'épaisseur (3), des diodes émettrices de lumière connues sous le nom de DEL (6), des bornes des DEL de longueurs différentes (5), un bain de revêtement en vernis époxy sur la borne la plus longue de chaque DEL (4), et un transformateur (7) basse tension pouvant prendre en charge le nombre de DEL prévues.
