The present invention relates to a hybrid rear handle for motorcycles that comprises a metal structure forming the link between the rear end of the motorcycle and the luggage-carrier base and the pillion seat, at the rear end of the motorcycle, said structure being completely covered with a polymer and characterized in that it comprises three metal elements: a front element (1) formed by a metal base plate, the ends of which are curved; a rear element (2) or rear support, with a "U" configuration, the ends of the wings of which are angled at 90°; a reinforcing element (3) that links the wings of the "U" of the second element; the various parts being connected by the polymer at the time of injection thereof over the duly assembled metal parts in such a manner as to form a closed structure.
