La présente invention concerne un extrait et/ou une fraction de Cinnamomum burmanii (DLBS2411) associés à son procédé d'extraction et ses activités biologiques présentent des activités en tant qu'anti-ulcère en conférant une mucoprotection et la régulation à la baisse de H+/K+ ATPase. Le traitement avec DLBS2411 diminue le taux d'ARNm de H+/K+ ATPase dans des cellules HEK 293 et pariétales gastriques. De plus, DLBS2411 inhibe l'activité de l'enzyme gastrique H+/K+ ATPase où le pH influence ce mécanisme d'inhibition. DLBS2411 possède également une caractéristique d'antioxydant qui est mise en évidence par l'augmentation de la réduction de pouvoir lorsque la dose administrée augmente. |
