L'invention est un dispositif biodégradable sous forme d'un petit patch, implantable chirurgicalement sous la conjonctive, permettant la libération contrôlée et prolongée d'une ou plusieurs molécules actives. Le patch en question se présente sous la forme d'un petit morceau d'étoffe non-tissée constitué d'une ou plusieurs couches dont les caractéristiques peuvent varier en termes de molécule(s) active(s) incorporée(s) et/ou de propriétés de libération contrôlée.
