La présente invention concerne un système d'amplification en chaîne par micro-polymérase sans contact en temps réel comportant: une puce comprenant une chambre de réaction pour contenir un échantillon et un réchauffeur métallique incorporé sous la chambre de réaction pour chauffer l'échantillon; une unité optique comprenant un pilote de DEL associé et un amplificateur à détecteur optique placé au-dessus de la puce pour détecter la fluorescence; un réchauffeur à induction monté autour de la puce et en couplage inductif avec le réchauffeur métallique; un capteur de température infrarouge monté sous la puce pour mesurer une température du réchauffeur métallique, ledit capteur de température infrarouge étant en interface avec un conditionneur de signaux et le réchauffeur à induction pour réguler l'énergie fournie au réchauffeur à induction sur la base d'une rétroaction reçue depuis le capteur de température infrarouge à travers le conditionneur de signaux.
