Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to equipment for the construction industry, namely to driving devices, and is directed to widening the technological possibilities and efficiency in use thereof for submerging piles, tubular piles, sheet piles (of any existing sizes) and other construction elements in the ground in shock-free and noiseless fashion. The device comprises a load crosspiece 1, guides 2, a removable pile cap 3 and a toothed inertial self-balancing vibrator 4 comprising a single body 5, bearing supports 6, 6', 7, 7', 8, 8', 9, 9', 10, 10', 11, 11', 12, 12' and mutually equivalent pairs of rigidly interconnected debalancing toothed wheels 13, 13', 14, 14', 15, 15', 16, 16', 17, 17', 18, 18', 19, 19' and shafts 20, 20', 21, 21', 22, 22', 23, 23', 24, 24', 25, 25', 26, 26', which are combined in separate groups that are connected to a rotary motion drive. The mutually equivalent pairs of debalancing toothed wheels 13, 13', 14, 14', 15, 15', 16, 16', 17, 17', 18, 18', 19, 19' and shafts 20, 20', 21, 21', 22, 22', 23, 23', 24, 24', 25, 25', 26, 26' are arranged in the body 5 in two seven-stage, equivalent vertical rows. The debalancing pairs are successively, kinematically connected to one another in ascending order by the engagement of the corresponding toothed wheel pairs 13 and 13', 14 and 14', 15 and 15',..., 19 and 19' and are mounted in the corresponding bearing supports 6 and 6', 7 and 7',..., 12 and 12' on the bearing walls of the body 5 in such a way as to be capable of rotating in opposite directions, in pairs, in synchronism and in phase, for which purpose the equivalent rows are also kinematically connected to one another by the engagement of the toothed wheels 13 and 13' of the starting debalancing shafts 20 and 20'.
