METHOD FOR DETECTING A CYANIDE ION USING FLUORESCEIN ALDEHYDE OR FLUORESCEIN DIALDEHYDE
The present invention relates to a method for detecting a cyanide ion using the derivatives expressed in Chemical Formula 1 and a method for detecting a cyanide toxin produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, i.e., opportunistic infectious bacteria, from a living body on a real-time basis. In detail, as s...

Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for detecting a cyanide ion using the derivatives expressed in Chemical Formula 1 and a method for detecting a cyanide toxin produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, i.e., opportunistic infectious bacteria, from a living body on a real-time basis. In detail, as shown in Reaction Formula 1 or 2, the method of the present invention is capable of precisely optically detecting a cyanide ion by measuring the fluorescence intensity or color change generated from the compound of Chemical Formula 5 or 7 obtained by the reaction between the fluorescein aldehyde of Chemical Formula 2 or fluorescein dialdehyde of Chemical Formula 3.
