La présente invention concerne, de manière générale, des compositions à double enrobage pour des compositions de confiserie molles et des produits contenant celles-ci. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un enrobage non particulaire et un enrobage particulaire pour des compositions de bonbons où l'enrobage particulaire peut inclure un mélange acide sous forme particulaire.
