Adicionalmente, Ia invención se refiere a parejas de oligonucleótidos que permiten Ia detección diferencial de dichas isoformas mediante Ia técnica de PCR en diversos tejidos. La présente invention concerne deux acides nucléiques humains qui comprennent des séquences codantes pour deux nouvelles isoformes du récepteur de la somatostatine humaine de type 5 produites par épissage alternatif, désignées sst5B et sst5C, éventuellement impliquées dans des processus tumoraux.
