A compound of formula (I) wherein R1 represents C1-4alkyl or C1-4alkoxy; R2 represents C1-4alkyl or C1-4alkenyl; R3 represents H, F, Cl, methyl, methoxy or CF3; R4 represents H or F; X represents CH2 or C=O; and Y represents CH2 or C=O, provided that at least one of X and Y represents C=O and at least one of R3 and R4 is H; and pharmaceutically acceptable derivatives thereof, processes for preparing such compounds, a pharmaceutical composition comprising such compounds and the use of such compounds in medicine. La présente invention a pour objet un composé de formule (I) dans laquelle R1 représente un alkyle en C1 à C4 ou un alcoxy en C1 à C4 ; R2 représente un alkyle en C1-C4 ou un alcényle en C1-C4 ; R3 représente H, F, Cl, un méthyle, un méthoxy ou CF3 ; R4 représente H ou F ; X représente CH2 ou C=O ; et Y représente CH2 ou C=O, à condition qu'au moins X ou Y représente C=O et qu'au moins R3 ou R4 soit H ; et les dérivés pharmaceutiquement acceptables de celui-ci, les procédés de préparation de ces composés, une composition pharmaceutique comprenant ces composés et l'utilisation de ces composés en médecine.
