L'échangeur thermique est du type comportant une paire de collecteurs et une pluralité de tubes s'étendant entre les collecteurs et en communication fluidique avec ceux-ci. L'amélioration consiste en une structure de forme tubulaire pour chacun desdits collecteurs assurant leur délimitation partielle. La structure de forme tubulaire est définie par une paire d'éléments de corps et des joints longitudinaux définis par des parties chevauchantes des éléments de corps. Un des éléments de corps recouvre l'autre élément de corps pour définir un des joints et est recouvert par l'autre élément de corps pour définir l'autre joint.
