La présente invention concerne des pièces stéréocomplexes d'acide polylactique (PLA) thermoformées fabriquées au moyen d'une composition stéréocomplexe d'acide polylactique dont la température de fusion et cristallisation la plus élevée est comprise entre 200 et 215°C. La composition stéréocomplexe de cette invention contient de préférence moins de 5 J/g de cristallites à point de fusion inférieur (160 à 190°C). Le stéréocomplexe peut être pré-cuit de différentes manières pour que la durée des cycles de thermoformage soit réduite. Le stéréocomplexe permet de former des pièces présentant un faible trouble et une bonne résistance thermique avec une durée de cycle raisonnable. |
