La présente invention concerne un cathéter (10) comportant un élément tubulaire allongé qui présente une paroi (14) et un septum (18) relié à la surface intérieure de la paroi en au moins deux emplacements de manière à former deux lumières (24, 26). La longueur du septum est supérieure à la distance maximale entre deux points sur la surface intérieure de la paroi.
