Une ouverture distale de la gaine de déversement est formée en position asymétrique pour permettre à la première branche et/ou la deuxième branche de s'ouvrir latéralement pendant que l'autre branche reste sous contrainte. L'invention concerne également des procédés d'utilisation des dispositifs de perfusion rénale. |
