L'invention concerne un procédé pour prendre en charge un flux de travail de diagnostic provenant d'un appareil d'imagerie médicale. Un ensemble d'au moins deux images est obtenu à partir d'un patient et affiché selon une présentation d'affichage d'image spécifiée par un utilisateur, sélectionnée parmi une pluralité de présentations d'affichage d'image. Un ou plusieurs marqueurs sont associés à une région intéressante sur les images affichées. Une liste de régions intéressantes est générée, ayant chacune une entrée pour chaque marqueur associé.
