Le dispositif comporte un porte-lame (20) qui est muni d'une lame (18) de telle sorte que dans la position de fonctionnement du dispositif, la lame (18) s'applique contre la surface externe (44) de la courroie (12). Dans le dispositif, la dureté de surface de la lame (18) est inférieure à la dureté de la surface externe (44).
