L'invention concerne l'alimentaire et la médecine et plus particulièrement la fabrication d'une solution aqueuse stable d'un produit contenant des principes actifs. Au moyen de la solubilisation d'un principe actif ou de la combinaison de plusieurs principes actifs dans un solubilisant (substance tensioactive) on obtient une suspension dans l'eau d'une composition nanodispersée, après quoi on introduit dans la composition ainsi obtenue de l'eau ou une solution aqueuse, de manière à obtenir une solution aqueuse stable et transparente de la préparation.
