La présente invention a pour objet de nouveaux dérivés substitués de thiophènepyrimidinone, ainsi que leur application dans le domaine de la thérapie, plus particulièrement leur emploi dans le traitement prophylactique et/ou thérapeutique de maladies ou de troubles liés aux hormones stéroïdiennes, tels que les maladies ou les troubles liés aux hormones stéroïdiennes qui requièrent l'inhibition des enzymes 17ß-hydroxystéroïde déshydrogénases.
