Ce procédé consiste à: (a) appliquer un film (3) en matière non adhésive et lubrifiante sur la surface interne d'un premier tubage externe (2) et/ou sur la surface externe d'un deuxième tube support interne (1); b) fixer une série d'espaceurs (4) en matériau calorifuge sur le tube support interne (1); c) accoupler et centrer le tubage externe (2) sur le tube support interne (1); d) monter des brides d'étanchéité adaptées (6) aux extrémités des tubes (1, 2) couplés; e) chauffer dans un four les tubes (1, 2) dotés des brides (6) et couplés; f) au moyen de la ou des brides (6) et de dispositifs (7) adéquats, mettre de la résine liquide qui, suite à dilatation, emplit entièrement la cavité (5) formée entre les tubes (1, 2); g) enlever les brides.
