The photopolymerizing recording medium has a high angular diffraction selectivity and thus can be effectively used to manufacture a 3D holographic optical memory with ultra high information storage capacity. L'invention concerne une composition de photopolymérisation et un support d'enregistrement de photopolymérisation fabriqué au moyen de ladite composition. Cette composition contient : de 1 à 99 % en poids d'au moins un type de composé polymérisable ; de 0,05 à 0,5 % en poids d'au moins un type de photosensibilisateur choisi parmi des composés photochromes qui changent de couleur sous une exposition à une lumière UV incohérente ; de 0,2 à 6 % en poids d'un co-initiateur activé par une lumière visible, en présence d'une forme photo-induite du composé photochrome transformé par une lumière UV incohérente pour photopolymériser le composé polymérisable ; de 0 à 97,5 % en poids d'un agent liant polymère ; de 0 à 6 % en poids d'un plastifiant ; et de 0 à 3 % en poids d'un solvant non polymérisant.
