The elastic laminate is particularly useful as a waist area panel in disposable pant-like garments L'invention concerne un stratifié élastique présentant une couche de revêtement extensible, par exemple une bande non tissée à perforations hors-axe, et une couche de film élastique produite pour conférer un sens préférentiel d'extensibilité et de contraction dans le stratifié. Le stratifié élastique est particulièrement utile en tant que panneau pour la zone de la taille dans des vêtements de type culotte.
