It is possible to identify the particular chemokines, that are over-expressed in the tumor using methods of the invention, and administer antibodies against that over-expressed chemokine. L'invention concerne un moyen d'inhiber la croissance et la métastase de cellules cancéreuses par administration d'anticorps anti-chimiokines. On peut identifier les chimiokines particulières qui sont surexprimées dans la tumeur par des procédés selon l'invention et administrer des anticorps contre la chimiokine surexprimée.
