L'invention concerne un système efficace de fabrication et de distribution de produits alimentaires normalement servis à des températures nettement inférieures à la température ambiante, ce système faisant appel à un procédé de fabrication en deux étapes. La première étape consiste à préparer un produit de base neutre en vrac et à l'envoyer vers un point de vente à des températures ambiantes par l'intermédiaire d'un transporteur public, d'un camionnage privé ou d'une messagerie, par courrier, etc. Au niveau du point de vente, une quantité de ce produit sélectionnée par l'utilisateur est finie selon la spécification de l'utilisateur par aération, ajout d'arômes, mélange, etc., puis par refroidissement en vue d'une distribution au consommateur. |
