PROCESS FOR PREPARING OPTICALLY ACTIVE BETA-AMINOCARBOXYLIC ACIDS FROM RACEMIC N-ACYLATED BETA-AMINOCARBOXYLIC ACIDS

A process is described for preparing optically active beta-aminocarboxylic acids from racemic N-acylated beta-aminocarboxylic acids by enantioselective hydrolysis of the N-acylated beta-aminocarboxylic acid in the presence of a hydrolase by way of biocatalyst, wherein the N-acyl substituent of the N-acylated beta-aminocarboxylic acid (I) exhibits Structure I in which R , R are each selected, independently of one another, from H, halogen, alkyl residues, OH, alkoxy residues and aryloxy residues; R is selected from halogen, alkoxy residues and aryloxy residues; (II) Structure IIA or IIB or the structure of the corresponding salts or (III) Structure III or the structure of the corresponding salt. La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'acides beta -aminocarboxyliques optiquement actifs à partir d'acides beta -aminocarboxyliques N-acylés racémiques par hydrolyse énantiosélective de l'acide beta -aminocarboxylique N-acylé en présence d'une hydrolase au moyen d'un catalyseur, le substituant N-acyle de l'acide beta -aminocarboxylique N-acylé présentant (I) une structure I dans laquelle R , R sont chacun sélectionnés, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, dans H, halogène, résidus alkyles, OH, résidus alcoxy et résidus aryloxy; R étant sélectionné dans halogène, résidus alcoxy et résidus aryloxy; (II) une structure IIA ou IIB ou la structure des sels correspondants ou (III) une structure III ou la structure du sel correspondant.
