The handle bar (13) may be connected with any type of exercise device and is particularly suited for connection with an exercise bicycle (10). The various handlebar configuration provide a user with numerous gripping alternatives during use of the exercise device. L'invention concerne une configuration de guidon présentant une potence et une partie de préhension reliée à ladite potence. Une variété de poignées courtes, de barres de serrage, de barres arquées, de barres transversales, de poignées à tiges et analogues sont reliées à ladite partie de préhension. Ledit guidon peut être relié à tout type de dispositif d'exercice et est particulièrement apte à être relié à un vélo d'exercice.
