Zusammenfassung:The group of inventions relates to environment protection, in particular to the protection of man and nature against the harmful action of chemical waste. The inventive container for toxic chemical waste comprises a body (1) embodied in the form of an integral part with a bottom (2), a lid (3) provided with fixing units. Said body (1) and the lid (3) are made of pressed fibre-glass plastic based on a binder and complex glass threads whose diameter is equal to or less then 11 mkm. The body (1) is embodied in the oval shape and provided with a recess (6) in the bottom (2) thereof and a bulged top part (4). Phenol-formaldehyde resin is used as a binder. A demountable tyre band (5) is arranged under the bulged top part (4). Guide ridges (7) are embodied on the external surface of the lid (3), the fixing units being embodied in the form of a hatch (8). The body of the container is embodied in the form of a vertical cylindrical barrel made of a polymeric composite. Said barrel has a ratio between the length of the basis and the height equal to 1:(1-1.35) and the wall thickness ranging from 9 to 10 mm. The glass-fibre plastic based on a binder and complex glass threads whose diameter is equal to or less then 11 mkm is used as a polymeric composite. The ratio between the diameter of the glass threads and the length thereof is equal to 1:(0.64-1.36). The inventive method for producing the body consists in preparing the polymeric composite, placing it into a mould and forming. The glass-fibre plastic placed in the mould has a component ratio equal to 1:(1.56-1.70) and a volume which is equal to the volume of the body, the dry forming being carried out with the gradual increase of a temperature up to 180 DEG C during 3 minutes. The improved embodiment of the container is obtained by reducing the wall thickness thereof made of the glass-fibre plastic and by using the solid body which improves the reliability of said container and reduces the weight and the cost thereof.
