The invention further relates to assays for the identification of an individual at increased risk for or suffering from such conditions and to methods of screening compounds for their ability to enhance TNF alpha biosysthesis. La présente invention concerne des composés convenant au traitement d'états pouvant être améliorés, au moins en partie, par l'augmentation de la production de TNF alpha . Cette invention concerne également des essais permettant d'identifier un individu prédisposé à souffrir ou souffrant de tels états, ainsi que des méthodes de criblage de composés aptes à renforcer la biosynthèse de TNF alpha .
