Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a treatment system which has been developed for discolouring clarified refinery liquor in the sugar cane industry and which can be used to obtain discoloration values greater than 90 %. According to the invention, the liquor is passed through a system involving several agitation reactors which operate continuously with determined flows of gaseous ozone and clarified liquor and at a controlled temperature and pH. For given conditions in terms of ozone concentration at the inlet, between 25 and 120 mg/L, and contact time in each reactor, the aforementioned system is performed so as to obtain the applied dose required to produce high discoloration values irrespective of the initial colour of the original liquor. Analyses of the main components of the liquor have shown that there is no variation in the concentration of said components. Similarly, toxicological analyses of the liquor discoloured using ozone have been performed and the results from same demonstrate the innocuousness of said ozone in the inventive system. Se ha desarrollado un sistema de tratamiento que permite la decoloración a valores superiores del 90% de licores clarificados de refinería de la industria de la caña de azúcar. Los licores se hacen pasar por un sistema de varios reactores agitados que operan de forma continua a determinados flujos de ozono gaseoso y de licor clarificado a temperatura y pH controlados, de forma tal que se obtiene para condiciones dadas de concentración de ozono a la entrada, entre 25 y 120 mg/L y tiempo de contacto en cada reactor, la dosis aplicada necesaria para obtener altas decoloraciones independientemente del color inicial de los licores de partida. Se han realizado análisis de los principales componentes del licor tratado y se ha comprobado que no hay variación en la concentración de los mismos. De igual forma se han realizado análisis toxicológicos del licor decolorado con ozono obteniéndose resultados que evidencian la inocuidad del mismo en el sistema desarrollado.
