Said invention increases the time of the stable activity of the catalyst.
L'invention se rapporte à la chimie et concerne plus particulièrement des procédés de fabrication de catalyseurs destinés à la transformation d'hydrocarbures légers de base en des composants de carburant pour moteur à indice d'octane élevé. Le procédé consiste à mélanger une poudre de zéolite ZSM-5 sous forme ammoniaque avec une solution d'un sel de zinc et une solution d'un sel d'ammonium, filtrer le mélange, nettoyer le résidu dans l'eau, le concentrer par évaporation, former des granules avec un liant (oxyde d'aluminium), les faire sécher et les faire cuire. En tant que composants supplémentaires du mélange, on utilise une solution d'acétate de zircone, et après la cuisson on soumet les granules à un traitement à 450 DIVIDED 550 DEG C pendant 5 DIVIDED 10 h avec un mélange gazeux constitué de ce qui suit, en % en poids: oxyde de carbone 4 DIVIDED 8, dioxyde de carbone 4 DIVIDED 12, hydrogène 6 DIVIDED 8, oxygène 2 DIVIDED 6 et vapeur d'eau 2 DIVIDED 4, le reste étant constitué d'azote. Ce procédé permet de prolonger la durée d'activité stable du catalyseur. |
