Beschrieben werden neue Ammoniumgruppen aufweisende Organosiliciumverbindungen, die in Isopropanol oder Diethylenglycolmonobutylether löslich sind, enthaltend: a) mindestens eine Struktureinheit der allgemeinen Formel (I), wobei R ein zweiwertiger organischer Rest, der eine durch eine Ringöffnung einer Epoxygruppe bedingte Hydroxylgruppe enthält, ist, R ein Wasserstoffatom oder einen einwertigen Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 1 bis 60 Kohlenstoffatomen je Rest, der durch ein oder mehrere separate Heteroatome ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Stickstoff-, Sauerstoff-, Schwefel- oder Halogenatome unterbrochen oder substituiert sein kann, bedeutet, R ein zweiwertiger Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 1 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen je Rest ist, n 0 oder eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 10 ist, m eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis zur Gesamtanzahl der Stickstoffatome in (I) ist, x 0 oder 1 ist und X&lt;-&gt; ein Anion ist; b) mindestens eine Siloxaneinheit der allgemeinen Formel (II) und c) mindestens zwei Siloxaneinheiten der allgemeinen Formel (III), wobei R, R , a und b die im Anspruch (1) dafür angegebene Bedeutung haben, mit der Massgabe, dass die Siloxaneinheiten der Formel (III) über die Si-Atome mit der Struktureinheit der Formel (I) über die Reste R verbunden sind. The invention relates to novel organosilicon compounds comprising ammonium groups, said compounds being soluble in isopropanol or diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, and containing: a) at least one structural unit of general formula (I) wherein R represents a bivalent organic radical containing a hydroxyl group which is conditioned by a ring opening of an epoxy group; R represents a hydrogen atom or a monovalent hydrocarbon radical comprising 1 to 60 carbon atoms per radical, and can be split or substituted by at least one separate heteroatom chosen from the group consisting of nitrogen, oxygen, sulphur or halogen atoms; R represents a bivalent hydrocarbon radical comprising 1 to 10 carbon atoms per radical; n represents 0 or a whole number from 1 to 10; m represents a whole number from 1 to the total number of nitrogen atoms in (I); x represents 0 or 1; and X&lt;-&gt; represents an anion, b) at least one siloxane unit of general formula (II), and c) at least two siloxane units of general formula (III) wherein R, R , a and b have the designation cited in patent claim (1), provided that the siloxane units of formula (III) are connected to the structural unit of formula (I) via the Si atoms via the R radicals.
