Zusammenfassung:	A method of making coated chewing gum products containing an acid blocker comprises the steps of providing chewing gum cores; providing a coating syrup comprising a bulk sweetener, providing an acid blocker, applying the coating syrup and acid blocker to the cores and drying the syrup to produce a coating on the cores, the coating containing the acid blocker. L'invention concerne un procédé relatif à l'élaboration de chewing gum enrobé, qui renferme un anti-acide. Le procédé consiste à utiliser les éléments suivants: garnitures de chewing gum; sirop d'enrobage à édulcorant dans la masse; anti-acide. On applique le sirop d'enrobage et l'anti-acide aux garnitures, puis on sèche le sirop pour fixer l'enrobage sur ces garnitures, sachant que l'enrobage contient l'anti-acide.
