Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	An airbag module (10) contains a gas generating inflator (18) containing a plurality of apertures (24) in radially spaced relation to an external annular filter (40) constrained by a retainer (42). The plurality of apertures (24) are each radially aligned with the filter (40). Gases produced from inflator (18) are thus cooled and dispersed with a minimum pressure drop, thereby providing a pressure sufficient to inflate an airbag (16). Un module (10) de coussin gonflable de sécurité contient un gonfleur (18) produisant du gaz contenant une pluralité d'ouvertures (24) espacées radialement par rapport à un filtre annulaire extérieur (40) maintenu par un élément de retenue (42). La pluralité d'ouvertures (24) sont alignées chacune radialement avec le filtre (40). Les gaz produits par le gonfleur (18) sont ainsi refroidis et dispersés avec une chute minimum de pression, produisant ainsi une pression suffisante pour gonfler un coussin gonflable de sécurité (16).
