Verre pour la dégustation des vins et autres boissons analogues comprenant au moins un calice (1) dont la paraison (3) en forme générale de révolution a un profil évasé plus ou moins ventru dans sa partie inférieure comprenant le fond (2) prévu pour recevoir sur une hauteur de service (H), une quantité de vin appropriée, ledit verre se rétrécissant avantageusement et progressivement dans le sens de sa hauteur jusqu' à son extrémité supérieure ouverte appelée buvant (4), permettant d'apprécier finement les qualités olfactives du vin soumis à une turbulence manuellement provoquée pour faciliter son oxydation par l'air, remarquable en ce que la surface interne du fond (2) du calice (1) présente avantageusement, mais pas nécessairement, des reliefs (7, 8) et la paroi interne de la paraison (3) de la partie évasée comporte une pluralité de creux (9, 10). |
