Cette invention concerne un procédé de pompage de mélanges de gaz et de liquides ainsi qu'une pompe à piston qui se caractérisent en ce que l'on envoie un mélange de gaz et de liquide dans la chambre de travail lors du cycle d'aspiration et du cycle de compression du gaz, ceci par l'intermédiaire d'un canal hydraulique et depuis une zone située à la sortie d'un clapet d'admission de ladite chambre de travail.
